i.e. what I've found: long piercer, strongly upcurved, body greyish-brown, all femora yellow-tipped, tibiae clear yellow sometimes vaguely obscured about the middle, all femora yellow at base (hind pair more extensively so), tarsi yellow apart from last 1-2 segments darkened |

Getting rusty in my old age. It has been too long since I looked at pipunculids in detail. The presence of vein Ms and the absence of strong setae on the scutellum lead to Cephalosphaera. The bump on the base of the ovipositor then tells us it is C. furcata.
