I'm no expert, but like to photograph things I find and iRecord them. I think this is a Pipunculidae of some Kind and would like some help to get to species if possible. Body length 4.5mm, found 16 Aug 2023 in South Cumbria.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
