Dolichopus, might be nigricornis (as discifer in the key to Northern European species). A clear shot of the tip of the fore tarsi might help. |

The second picture could be the female of the same species. Only the male has ornamented fore tarsi, and the details of ornaments are often necessary for species ID. |
