This Chamaepsila has just two dorso-centrals and keys out to rosae/nigricornis. But it has an all black head and face, so surely cannot be one of those two species? I'd say it is either atra or nigra, but with 2 dorso centrals maybe it is something else? Well, It's neither atra or nigra. It appears to be one of either C. buccata or C. nigricornis, but it does not fit either description perfectly. It's a female, so probably will remain a mystery. I favour buccata because of the very black face and head, but it does have one too many pairs of dorso centrals. A mystery!
