Pollenia sp., but getting further will be impossible, I am afraid, even for experts/specialists. (I am not one of them Smile)

If this was in the UK (and assuming the abdomen is really as unmarked as it looks) I would say P. atramentaria. Not sure if there are any similar species in your part of the world though.
