this is Tipulidae, but I do not have keys at my disposal right now. Tomorrow I will be back at the lab and check for the genus/speciesname, if possible. Or you can check with Theowald yourself at http://ccw.natura...,_1967.pdf. The black lobes at the bottom of the photo are the dorsal lobes by the way.
