Have a nice Day. One Question please. I found this Tipulidae species dead in my house. Is it possible to identify it more precisely? I would be very grateful for an answer.
Discovery data: Austria, Lower Austria, Tattendorf, 220m, in a house, 6.2.2026, size 11mm
Kind regards Karl.

Definitely a Nephrotoma. Maybe scalaris or a close species (but not flavipalpis).
