Size 3.5 mm. Cought in a shady forest (Picea/P. tremula) near a brook. By general appearance and typical foreleg movements I thought it's a Sciomyzidae, but now I think it's too slender. Maybe Micropezidae?

I would say Megamerinidae. It doesn?t seem Micropezidae.

Frown what? Sciomyzidae? So unusual.. Smile
the abdomen seems to be very flattened and much more longer than usual.
But, yes, this is an amazing fly.
