These larvae were found feeding on aphids on Honeysuckle (Lonicera) in my garden in Aalborg , North Jutland, Denmark on June 8th 2014. Both was found on the same plant. The first one looks like a Syrphus, but I'm not sure if they belong to the same species or even the same genus. Is it possible to identify them? Thanks Larva #1 Line Sabroe attached the following image: [174.5Kb] Line |

Hi Line, I think No 1 is Episyrphus balteatus, and No 2 is an Eupeodes sp. Br Leif |

Thanks. That looks like reasonable suggestions.
