Tabanidae-like

I found this appr. 10 mm fly in a small marshy area with reeds near Leerdam, Netherlands. It is not much of a photo, but the fly looks rather identifiable, so I give it a try anyway. I think it might be Tabanidae, is that correct? The underside of the eyes seem to be striped.

Stratiomyidae in my opinion.
Could be Odontomyia tigrina?
