Hi,
Please could anyone help me to id this little fly?sorry not a great shot,i made a mess of the lighting.
Maybe 4mm ish? Found yesterday evening in rural sussex uk.

I have never seen this fly.
My guess - Opetia nigra, Opetiidae, rather rare fly.

Sorry, Nikita, but you are dead wrong Smile Opetia as not as slender - think Chrysotus or Crossopalpus. I think it is a hybotid, but cannot see which one.
