Helle Koenraad, This is indeed E. balteatus. It looks like an intersex specimen. Having incomplete male genitalia and the eyes seperated, but not as much as a normal developed female. There is somwhere on diptera.info a very extensive thread about this phenomena in E. balteatus. Greetings, Ectemnius |
