Hi, Can anyone help Identifying this little fly for me please, it was approx 5 - 7 mm in length and the pictures were taken in my garden in Surrey Southern England on 12th May 2007. It was on a shrub close to a small pond. Sorry about the poor quality of the pictures it was very windy and it wouldn't let me get too close to it.
