Around Moscow, 20 aug, on dead tree.
Sorry for the bad quality of image. Sitting on dead tree I hunted Collembolas on tree barc. Instead of Collembola I've seen this animal.
I even can't tell you his size, but it have to be rather small as I used Canon 100macro with 56mm additional macrorings.

Looks like a male from the family Cecidomyiidae to me!
But maybe somebody else can tell us more about this one.
