Moscow region, Naro-Fominsk district, Bekasovo-1 station. On a partially decorticated dead (standing) deciduous tree (Populus tremula or Salix). Size 4 mm.

Excellent ID.
Beware that the female (like this) of Lypha dubia gives a rather different first impression than the male.
