Mosc reg., 09 May, 3mm, collected
Palpi blackish-brown, t black, female's abdomen with 2 pair spots on terg III-V
My key is rather old, is it enoght for positive ID as Ch. geniculata Ztt.?

You can pretty much forget identifying Chamaemyia from external characters. Perhaps is the best I can do. This is a genus where new species is a distinct possibility in any part of Europe - perhaps excluding the British Isles, thanks to Collins work. There is at least one undescribed species present in Finland.
