I think that Dima's first ID seems correct - tip of abdomen with white hairs - B.medius.

A female B. discolor Mik. medius is uniformly tawny, lacking the black tip to the abdomen and the white medial spots. the longer "white" hairs are in fact black bristles shining white, as can be seen in the profile shot.
