I have no idea of what can be find in Australia. But it look like subfamily Limoniinae.

PS:Is this the same species mentioned in the forum found on Spider webs. if it is A species called Spider Web Crane-fly(on Brisbaneinsects.com)(Limnophilinae?).Comb footed Spider is mentioned.
