Three Tachinids?

Hello!

Sorry again for the poor picture quality! Are all these three flies Tachinids? I assume the third one is Phania funesta (?). All found yesterday near forest in Ostwestfalen/Germany. Thanks in advance!


The first one was rather small, about 6-7 mm:
