Muscidae_Helina evecta(female) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about altitude cca 750 m a. s. l. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 09.10.2013.

This is not Helina evecta but its look-alike : Helina annosa. To be 100 % sure you have to find some small setulae under posterior spiracle (as for H. evecta). Difference with H. evecta is the bristle row beneath the hind femur which is confined on apical third.
