Another nice Helophilus

Hello! These not so large (10-12 mm) Helophilus occur each spring in our garden (with a small pond) in Ostwestfalen/Germany. Someone told me they are most likely H. trivittatus, but the trivittatus I know from summer are bigger and paler. So what is this one? Pic taken this afternoon. Thanks!
