Seems to be an Eutolmus sp. i think only E. rufibarbis has an ovipositor in that particular shape. http://fotki.yandex.ru/users/gansucha/view/836625/?page=0#preview Interesting picture: This could wel be Machimus cowini! I can't read Russian so maybe you had come to that conclusion.
