 Another Romanian Asilid species

This is another of the fly species that I photographed on a recent tour to Romania. This is second of two species that I believe to be Dioctria that I caught in the Birsa Valley on 14 June. I think this is perhaps Dioctria oelandica but I would appreciate confirmation or correction of this. Any suggestions as always greatly appreciated.I do have the specimen.
