Found in the river forelands river Rhine Netherlands. A Chamaepsila species? (Collected).

Chamaepsila it is. Looks like a genitalia job is necessary, but if the thoracic part just above the fore legs is brownish yellow it ptobably is persimilis. Otherwise the choice between rosae and nigricornis.
