Could this be a male of Rhamphomyia tipularia or is it another species? Have only looked at some drawings of Rhamphomyia genitalia (not possible to use keys from my photos...).

Bodylength without genitalia is close to 6 mm. Photographed in a forest area in Horten, southern Norway. Date: 27.06.2013.

Thanks! Is this species present in the northern parts of Norway? I don't have the opportunity to go back to were I photographed this fly right now...
