Asilidae_Tolmerus atricapillus(male) is the correct name? Region Malá Fatra Terchová about 500 m altitude. Thank you very much for your help. I made a photo of 02.08.2012.

Looks like it a lot too. To be sure have a good look at it's tiny tail(elongation of the 8th sternite just before genital). It should be "swallow" like.
