Arista haired, 3pd on t3, tibia yellowish and it seems no subapical ad seta on mid femur........I would say: Hylemya vagans. Maybe a look on the scutellum and better look on the midfemur to confirm..... |

There seems indeed no preapical ad on the midfemur. Only I still can't see if the scutellum is haired all over with little hairs or not, but despite of that, I think H. vagans is right. |
