I am not very sure,but I believe that it is Scaeva selenitica. Let see more opinions.

this last photo convinced me that it is Scaeva selenitica. The spots doesn't reach the margin of the tergites, the leg 3 has a dark ring. if somebody else has another opinion...let us know it.Wink
