Hydrotaea armipes / cyrtoneurina
Small tooth on fore femur, eyes haired, but..
I can't see a doubled hooklike ventral spine near base on hindfemur or is not visible on this photo.
If there is indeed no hooklike ventral spine it most likely is H. cyrtoneurina......if present, H. armipes.

Not sharp, but it looks indeed to be the ventral spine.
I would say for now: Hydrotaea armipes (Fallén)
