 This fly was 3,5 mm. Is it possible to tell family and perhaps genus?

Photos from 24 november 2012 Båtsmansmyren 62 N, E 17 Ångermanland, Sweden.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
