Please help me to identificate this Tipulidae! Russia, Moscow region, Pushkinskiy area, 12.08.

This is Tipula (subgenus Tipula) sp. - a male. The time of year favours paludosa, but you might also have oleracea, which flies in late summer too, but is rather scarce. Tipula paludosa on the other hand is always abundant. Tipula paludosa is easily recognizable in having antennae with 14 segments. Other species have only thirteen. Cheers, Walther |

The first one is surely Savtshenkia and it does probably belong to the signata-group. The second one is presumeably Platytipula and if so it is likely to be luteipennis. A common autumn species with yellowish wings and pale stigma. Female tipulids are hard to determine even with a specimen! Cheers, Walther |

I also think second one is Tipula luteipennis(by qualifer). |
