I think you have to dissect the abdominal tip to come to a positive identification.
If you send the specimen to me I think I could help with the identification.

Hello Niels-Jan,
Today I received the specimen. I dissected the abdomenal tip and identified the specimen as a female of Anthomyza collini Andersson, 1976.
