A little fly with red eyes and a yellows abdome, 5 ? 6 mm, perahps Musca domestica (L.) ?
Photo taken today in NE of France (10 ?)

It isn't Musca.
Again, as a first step of discaution I'd give my guess:
Pegomya bicolor, Anthomyiidae.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
