A butterfly it is, a member of the Clearwing Moths (Sesiidae), and I'd say it belongs to genus Synanthedon. There are several quite similar species, compare http://www.lepifo...Sesiidae_3.

if you want, go and click on last column icons, that should be all sessidae in Slovenia as far as I know. http://agrozoo.ne...2=Sesiidae
None of those in my gallery fits yours, so you can skip those.
