one species of pest was found on the rice in Xingxian County, Hubei Province, China. At least two individual together with each other. This is not the INSECT, with incrustation, without mucus, and the antenna could not shrink into the incrustation. Could you help me! Thank you.

They almost look lile ephydrid puparia, but there is little visible detail that is useful.

There appears to be a horn-like structure at the front end. Bolboceratidae have cephalic horns.
But they really look like snails.

An opinion from a friend is that they could be Phoridae pupae.

I can no longer send private messages (and maybe not receive?), even though my inbox and outbox are not yet full. I write, click "send" and they disappear and never show up in the outbox.
