Today I found this little fly running around leaf litter at National Park Hoge Veluwe, Netherlands. Photos are awkward, but the fly looks rather different, with that light brownish hue on the long wings and its rather thick orangy brown femurs. Could anybody help with the ID? Thanks in advance!
