Copromyza stercoraria. Once I was able to spread the wings I could see the typical desclerotization on syntergite 1-2. Sorry that it took a while, it has been a bit busy at the office.

That would make sense, I took photos of a female which I thought looked like Copromyza stercoraria inside climbing the window shortly before I found this one. They look so different!
