 I have posted this image on the Japanese Diptera Forum, but so far did not get any response. What family does this fly belong to? Can U suggest genus?

 Thx. I thought also of Lauxaniidae, but I was unsure, since the head of this fly is rather different from any Lauxaniidae I had seen before.

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
