April 02, 2006, among fallen leaves. I think it looks like a Fannia canicularis larva in An Introduction to the Immature Stages of British Flies (fig. 903). Unfortunately the posterior segment is not visible, so I can't guess a species (www.flycontrol.no...arva.shtml).
