Hi, Here comes a Tephritid species frequent in Niederthai (Austria, Tyrol, 1.500 m) in August. I met it often last year, and I think all three animals depicted - a female, a male and another female carrying a mite nymph - belong to the same species. Wing pattern recalls Campiglossa, but that is just a guess of mine. ID help is appreciated! Many thanks, Sundew Female 1: Sundew attached the following image: [131.7Kb] |
