The humeri are somewhat obscured in both images but for Calobata petronella you would expect that they would be brown.
Good figures of genitalia can be found in
RoháÄek J. & Barták M. 1990. Micropezidae (Diptera) of Czechoslovakia. Casopis slezskeho zemskeho muzea Opava (A) 39: 97–111.
