Reminds me of a Megastigmus (Torymidae) ... were there Oaks (Quercus) nearby?

Many thanks to you all! I cannot remember oak presence, however, they are quite ubiquitous (though most of them suffer badly from oak decline). So we have a good name for our little beauty.
