Hello,

Found in a spider's web at night near an outside light by my door, near Lincoln UK on 27th October. Size I think around 15mm.

Can it be identified?

Some flies preserved in ethanol and then pinned often get the eyes sunken, how can this be avoided? Best answer: I usually keep alcohol-collected material in alcohol
