 Tachinidae - Euthera sp

Easy part: genus = Euthera, excellent ID Difficult part: species. You'd expect Eu. fascipennis (= manni), since tuckeri is a more tropical species. The best features to separate them are on the head.... so invisible here. Given the wing venation and my collection, I'd say it is fascipennis. Theo |

Nice find - I thought that all Euthera spp. were North American but perhaps it did a "Trichopoda"
