I'd say these flies are Richardiidae. Especially, as soon as they attracted to a "specific lure".

Indeed, Richardiidae: genus Antineuromyia based on anal vein not reaching margin as a fold, crossveins dm-cu and r-m approximated closer together than their lengths, and 2 pairs of scutellar setae. If the anal vein does reach the wing margin then it is genus Hemixantha. |
