Maybe 2-3mm at most, this one was seen in my garden yesterday. Only got a couple of similar looking photo's before it disappeared. Got a distinctive back end....anyone know it?

Hi, Roger! Black pterostigma, reduced wing venation, general "jizz": I would say, Braconidae. But I am no expert... Best regards, Jürgen -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Juergen Peters Borgholzhausen, Germany WWW: http://insektenfo... -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= |

Hi Juergen...kinda thought it might be one of those myself , still they reckon there are only 150,000 or so species...how hard can it be.... one for the recycle bin or the great unknowns heap. Regards Roger |
