Prey appears to be a dancefly, probably Hybos.

I'm not a specialist of Asilidae, but the L-shaped postocular hair and the long ovipositor remind me of genus Neoitamus.

I thought of Neomochtherus melanopus but I do not know if it can be a good hypothesis marco |
