Small yellow flies

Hi,

These two flies were photographed by Josep Barbar? at Girona (Catalonia) last may.

Does anyone know about its identity?

These flies belong to the family Chloropidae, but that's all I can tell you.

Probably Thaumatomyia notata (Chloropidae), mainly based on the narrow cheeks,
