Hi, can someone identify this cca 40 cm long fish? Skiathos, Greece in Summer 2008.

Not easy to count scales and rays from that pic, but to me it looks like a silverside Atherina sp., you have at least three to choose from in Greece if it is.
Does not fit your size estimate though Frown

I'd like to see more of our wet friends Wink

Hi, this was my very last Chordate-photo that was unID-d, and I did not know where to sart with it. Thanks for the help Cyprinoid (could be it was much smaller)!

Tried to attach an image to a forum post. jpg, 32kB, 72dpi, no blanks, ... File name is correctly displayed, but when I click "Preview Thread" it just vanishes. Help!
