In my experience, what is supposed to be T. atrata according to Oosterbroek is extremely variable and I have difficulty to believe it really is only 1 species. Not being an expert, though. Theo |

Savtchenko also indicates that T. atrata is variable in coloration. Still yellowish trochanters seem to be stable character separating it from T.nigricornis.
